This delicious blueberry beauty vegan smoothie will take you 5 minutes to prepare and perfect for a satisfying breakfast! Think of this vegan smoothie as a vegan pancake in a drink! Delicious!!!
I decided to use maple syrup as my sweetner for a little kick but you can swap this with your favourite!
Ingredients for the Blueberry Beauty Vegan Smoothie
- Almond or Oat Milk – 1 cupe
- A couple drops of vanilla extract
- Bluberries – 1 cup fresh or frozen
- Maple syrup – 1 tea spoon
- Vegan protein powder – 1 table spoon
- Ice Cubes – 1 cup
- Water – Half cup
Use any frozen items first so they are closest to the blade in the Vitamix. Blend on low for 10 seconds before increasing to higher speeds for 30 seconds.
Pour & Enjoy!
Tip: Adding more protein powder will make this an ideal smoothie after a workout!
