- Mango Pieces – Three Quarters Of A Cup
- Orange Juice – Half a cup
- Banana – One whole
- Ice Cubes – 4-5 cubes
- Almond Milk – One Cup
Blend it on a low setting for 15 seconds followed by 30 seconds at a higher speed setting.
